AI Use Policy

Last Updated: 1/8/26

At Malisia Writes, clarity and trust matter.
This page explains how—and why—artificial intelligence (AI) tools may be used in the creation of content, research, and strategy for this website and for client work.

AI is a support tool here—not the author, strategist, or decision-maker.

1. Why AI Is Used

AI tools may be used to support certain parts of the creative process, including:

AI helps streamline the mechanical parts of the process so more time and attention can be spent on thinking, judgment, strategy, and meaning—the work that actually moves people.

2. Human-Led, Human-Finalized Work

All content and research delivered through Malisia Writes is:

AI does not make strategic decisions.
AI does not replace expertise.
AI does not publish anything on its own.

Final responsibility—and authorship—rests with a human.

3. Originality & Quality Standards

AI is never used to “mass produce” content or generate finished work without significant human involvement.

Every final deliverable is:

The goal is not volume.
The goal is useful, thoughtful, intentional work.

4. Client Confidentiality & Sensitive Information

Client trust comes first.

5. Tools That May Be Used

AI tools may include paid, professional versions of platforms such as:

Tool usage may evolve, but the standards described in this policy do not.

6. Client Preferences & Opt-Out Option

Clients who prefer no AI assistance whatsoever may request a full opt-out.

When agreed upon in advance, that preference will be respected and documented.

7. Ethical Use Commitment

AI is used responsibly and intentionally:

The value of the work comes from human insight, pattern recognition, judgment, and experience—not from automation.

Questions?

If you have questions about how AI is used for a specific project, feel free to ask before we begin. Transparency is part of the process.

AI tools may be used to support research and editing; all final work is human-reviewed, human-refined, and human-approved.
